Tuition Assistance 2012-2013
Once again we are starting the tuition assistance process through the Fulcrum Foundation (Archdiocese of Seattle). All families requesting tuition assistance from St. Michael Parish School must complete the process. Applications are only accepted at the school where your child is enrolled or has applied. The Foundation requires all who are applying to go online for their application. You can access the forms at http://www.fulcrumfoundation.org/apply-for-grant/assistance/

You will need to print a hard copy of your completed application and attach it to the required financial and /or tax information (09-10 IRS tax documents), This packet must then be turned into the school office in order to be considered for any tuition assistance.

Please note: all applications must be filled out completely and returned with the proper tax forms by 3:00 PM, February 23, 2010. No exceptions.
