Thank you for your interest in the Scrip program at St. Michael School. Our scrip program is a fundraising program that allows us, as non-profit organization members, to purchase scrip for everyday expenses like food, clothing, toys, gifts, entertainment; even gasoline, while earning a percentage of each dollar of scrip purchased back in revenue for our school.

We use the funds earned to support our Parent Teacher Service Association (PTSA) in their activities like the Christmas and Spring Senior Luncheons, St. Mike’s Pride Day, Mid-Winter Family Night, and Junior Programs’ Plays. In addition, the PTSA contributes funds to help support teachers and school events such as the 5th grade Shakespeare production, Camp Hamilton 6th grade outdoor camp, and the sports programs.

We keep an inventory of gift cards for the most commonly purchased cards. In addition, we will make a monthly special order for families interested in purchasing scrip that is not usually held in inventory. Scrip is available for Thursday Notes as well as sold in the office every day except Thursday mornings.

Use the links below to download forms to order scrip.

1. Select the form that you need: Weekly or Special Order.
2. Print the form and fill it out with the gift cards selected and total amount.
3. Make checks payable to St. Michael School. Return the form to school in Thursday notes Green envelope. Weekly orders should be turned in by 2pm Tuesday in order to be processed by Thursday notes.
4. The scrip cards will be delivered in the next Thursday notes envelope.
5. Special orders will be done the last Thursday of the month and returned the following Thursday.
