Admissions Checklist

Thank you for your interest in St. Michael Parish School! To join our community, we invite you to follow these steps.

STEP ONE: Take a Tour (optional)

STEP TWO: Apply for Admission

*You will need to create an account on Finalsite.

​

​

STEP THREE: Principal Interview

All new families are required to complete an interview with Principal Lashley or Vice Principal Stoffer. Families will be contacted after submitting their application(s) to schedule the interview. Families may also wish to schedule a tour during the time of their interview.

Documents Required In Application Process

​

• Copy of Birth Certificate

• Copy of Baptismal Certificate (if applicable)

• Teacher Recommendation from current teacher (for grades 1-8 - emailed via online application checklist)

• Copy of Report Card for current school year and two prior school years (for grades 1-8)
